Job description: Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee the daily operations of Workday Help and Knowledge Management functions, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Help queries and issues. Provide expert guidance, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Data Management: Work with the ServiceNow team to maintain the accuracy and integrity of knowledge articles within ServiceNow. Perform regular data audits, clean-ups, and updates to ensure high data quality standards.
  • Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize the Workday Help module to meet the evolving needs of the business. Implement enhancements, workflows, and new features as required.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure they are met through effective use of Workday. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Workday Help and knowledge functions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor system performance, user adoption, and data accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Maintain robust security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments in Workday and HR technology. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Skill Requirements:

  • Workday certification in relevant modules is preferred.
  • Experience working with Workday HR modules, particularly Workday Help and Knowledge Management.
  • Proven experience in HR technology support and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and analytics.
  • Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
