The ideal addition to our winemaking team will be a passionate and driven individual with three to five years of large winery experience.Job Requirements Responsibilities will include:

Vinification and preparation of high-quality wines
Working within a team environment
Develop new wine styles in line with customers’ expectations
Public Relations/Wine Tastings
Trial work to improve quality and cost reduction
Monitor safety standards and ensure cellar operations are conducted in accordance with safety requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Tertiary or equivalent degree in Winemaking or Oenology
Demonstrated large winery experience over three to five years specialising in large scales wineries
A team player with effective leadership and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently, managing your own workload and priorities
Show evidence of excellent supervision, organising and planning skills including use of computer systems
Demonstrate good presentation and effective communication skills
A practical understanding of running a large winery on a profitable basis
