This role is perfect for someone who understands how to blend relationship-building with data-driven sales strategy, owning the entire boutique wholesale process from first outreach to long-term partner success.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own the boutique wholesale playbook — develop target lists, design outreach cadences, optimize line sheets, and negotiate margins with boutique partners.
• Drive sell-in and sell-through performance — plan seasonal assortments, provide product training to store staff, and implement co-op merchandising programs or point-of-purchase (POP) kits.
• Analyze and report on key metrics — deliver weekly reports on door count, reorder velocity, and promotional calendars, identifying data-backed improvements to maximize retail partner success and growth.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Strong experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the boutique or specialty retail space.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate sales data into actionable insights.
• Passion for brand growth and delivering exceptional partner experiences.
