Job description: We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Time and Attendance Consultant to join our team.Duration: 3 Months
Location: RemoteKey Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, implementation, and support of UKG Time and Attendance modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Customize and optimize system workflows, pay rules, accruals, and scheduling functionality.
Provide subject matter expertise on UKG Time and Attendance best practices.
Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate functionality post-implementation.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to business users and HR/Payroll teams.
Support ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with payroll and HRIS platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to align WFM solutions with organizational goals.Required Qualifications
Proven experience configuring and supporting UKG Time and Attendance solutions.
UKG Certification in Time and Attendance (or Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central equivalent).
Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time capture, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance requirements.
Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integrations between UKG and HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).
Knowledge of compliance and labor regulations impacting time and attendance.
