Job description: Duties & Responsibilities Approves posting of inventory received and production orders in the SAP system Provides accurate inventory report for all departments Maintains packaging material inventories base on the agreed minimum and maximum level to prevent under or over investment in inventory in coordination with Warehouse supervisor – Production and Processing Verifies clerical computations against the physical count stock and adjust errors in computation Prepares report for inventory balances, shortages as required by the management Manages the incoming and outgoing of inventories Ensures the FIFO system, inventories in warehouse are organized and in their best condition Coordinates with the Warehouse Supervisor – Production and Processing for all the low germ seeds for disposal. Calculates inventory losses/rejects as a result of employee’s error and recommends control to minimize future errors Calculates the rework cost for stock returns needing replacement and provides recommendation Calculates cost of stock returns due to low germination and coordinates with Warehouse Supervisor – Production and Processing to dispose/sell the inventory at least at a break even. Responsible for the preparation of purchase requests related to storage in coordination with Warehouse Manager Approves the Receiving report (RR) of all inventories from local and importations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related course An in-depth understanding of the Audit field, SAP software, and CPA is a PLUS Willing to assign in Tayug, Pangasinan Employee Benefits Accident Insurance Salary appraisal upon regularization based on performance assessment Life Insurance upon regularization HMO with Dental coverage upon regularization Performance Bonus at the end of the year based on performance assessment Annual Salary Appraisal based on Employee Performance Leave entitlement for: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave and Emergency Leave Retirement Claims (based on company policy guidelines) Medicine reimbursement Annual Physical Examination Other Benefits Free Uniform Company Events Paid Trainings Promotions Anniversary Gifts Christmas Gifts Loyalty Award Annual Salary Increase
