Job description: Randstad is seeking a skilled and physically fit Warehouse Associate with proven experience operating stand-up reach forklifts, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and/or stand-up dock stockers for a busy tire warehouse in Nisku, Alberta. This role requires a high level of comfort with physically demanding tasks, including lifting tires up to 50 pounds and assisting with general loading and unloading duties.Position: Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
Salary: $24.00 per hour
Location: Nisku, Alberta (must have reliable transportation)Advantages
This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate. 4% vacation pay added to your weekly pay cheque.Responsibilities
Operate stand-up reach forklifts, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and/or stand-up dock stockers to move and store tires efficiently and safely. Load and unload tires from trucks and trailers, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed. Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications
Proven experience operating stand-up reach forklifts, stand-up counterbalance forklifts, and/or stand-up dockstockers. Must have valid forklift tickets. Ability to lift and carry tires weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Summary
