Job description: Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take and accurately record customer orders, ensuring attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all utensils and tableware are properly arranged.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
