This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative strategies to promote tourism.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive tourism strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the tourism sector.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, tourism boards, and industry partners.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of tourism projects and campaigns.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tourism professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Policy Development: Advise on policy formulation to support sustainable tourism development.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of tourism initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in tourism management or advisory roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of tourism trends, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving successful tourism initiatives.
