Job description: The SME Embedded Finance team was formed 3 years ago to ensure that the bank remains at the forefront of the digital banking revolution. Since then, the team has rolled out 13 programs in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hongkong benefiting over 13k SMEs. This dynamic team consists of members from diverse banking backgrounds that include partnerships, data analysts, risk, product and sales specialists. As part of this pioneer team, the candidate will focus on establishing partnerships in Malaysia to increase our ecosystem of SMEs in the region.Responsibilities:· To acquire and establish partnerships with anchors and platforms with large SME ecosystems· Work closely with existing anchors and platforms partners to increase outreach.· Develop new partnership channels.· Constantly keep abreast of Embedded Financing trends in Malaysia.· Supporting the team in the refining of business strategy as well as customer value proposition for the SME digital business.QualificationsQualifications· Minimum Vice President· Ability to be based in Malaysia is preferred· A team player with strong interpersonal skills· Strong network of MNC CFOs and tech platforms with large SME ecosystems a bonus· Excellent communicator of ideas and ability to think out of the box especially in partnership outreach.· Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet KPIs effectively.· Experience in sales management and good sales track record preferred but not mandatory
