Job description: The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business unit leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive financial efficiency and profitability.About The Opportunity

• Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes.
• Provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and executive team.
• Manage consolidated financial models and forecasts to support business strategy and operational initiatives.
• Partner with business unit leaders to assess financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business cases for new initiatives.
• Oversee regular reporting on financial performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, with variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and financial metrics to track company performance.
• Support corporate development activities, including M&A analysis, due diligence, and post-merger integration financial planning.
• Enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team.
• Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
• Prepare Board of Directors financial materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax, and operational teams to ensure alignment in financial reporting and planning.

About You

• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior FP&A or corporate finance roles.
• Proven experience leading FP&A functions in a complex, multi-entity, or fast-growing environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
