We are seeking an experienced Director / Vice President to join the investment team, playing a key role in the full investment cyclefrom sourcing and execution to portfolio management and exits. The ideal candidate will have deep sector expertise in Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Enterprise Solutions, with a proven ability to drive value in portfolio companies.About your role

• Deal Sourcing & Execution: Lead origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring for mid-market buyout opportunities in Greater China.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research, competitive benchmarking, and valuation assessments.
• Portfolio Management: Actively work with management teams to implement operational improvements, growth initiatives, and ESG best practices.
• Exit Strategy: Support exit planning, including IPO preparation, trade sales, and secondary transactions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with founders, management teams, co-investors, and advisors.

What you will need to succeed

• 8-12+ years of private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A experience, with a focus on Greater China.
• Strong track record in mid-market buyouts, including full-cycle deal experience (sourcing to exit).
• Deep sector knowledge in Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Enterprise Solutions.
• Hands-on portfolio management experience, with a value-creation mindset.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; exceptional financial modeling and presentation skills.
