Job description: Our client is seeking a VP Commercial Analysis to join their team based in Dublin.This role focuses on structuring and pricing transactions, including new aircraft placements, sale-and-leaseback opportunities, and trading deals. Collaborating closely with deal teams, you will ensure transactions are strategically structured, accurately priced, and recorded, contributing to the company’s success in a competitive market.What You’ll Be Doing :

• Collaborate with deal teams to optimize transaction structures and maximize profitability.
• Provide timely and accurate pricing and analysis for complex transactions.
• Leverage market intelligence to enhance strategic decision-making.
• Develop and refine transaction models and processes.
• Act as a liaison between deal teams and financial stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For in a Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in aviation, aircraft leasing, or asset management.
• Expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and transaction valuation.
• A strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Educational background or qualifications in finance, aeronautical engineering, or a related field.
