Job description: We are looking for candidates to fill a Void Supervisor role on a 6 month contract at £28 – £30 per hour, for one of our clients in Widens. Niyaa people are working with a contractor that supply repairs and maintenance services to social landlords throughout the North West. They are looking for someone who has strong organisational and administrative skills, who is looking to work in office full time as their Void Supervisor.Role Responsibilities for the Void Supervisor:

• Coordinate void activities with a team of trades staff
• Administer finances
• Update databases/ spreadsheets

You will have:

• Good IT skills
• Good administrative skills
• Good knowledge of housing repairs
