Job description: JOB OVERVIEWJob Type: Full-Time, RemoteWork Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday to FridayWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support with payroll and bookkeeping processes while ensuring exceptional customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, bookkeeping, and client communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll and Bookkeeping:– Process payroll accurately and on time.
– Oversee payroll taxes to ensure compliance.
– Perform data entry and reconciliation for bookkeeping tasks.Customer Success Management:– Manage customer success processes, including onboarding and addressing client inquiries.
– Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, especially during onboarding or clean-up projects.
– Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.Financial Reporting:– Ensure financial reports are balanced and reconciled every month.
– Prepare clean, timely, and compliant financial reports for clients.Tools & Platforms
QuickBooks Online
Google Workspace (G Suite)
ZoomQualifications– Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and payroll taxes.
– Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other financial tools.
– Excellent communication skills in clear English, with strong people skills.
– Experience working with small businesses, non-profits, or similar organizations is a plus.
– Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.Seeking a VA who:– Thrives on building strong client relationships through excellent communication and timely delivery.
