Job description: JOB OVERVIEWWe are a local advertising business based in the U.S. looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to design EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) postcard ads using Canva. If you have experience in creating marketing materials, understand basic layout design, and can follow brand guidelines while adding your own creative flair-this could be a great fit!Responsibilities:Design eye-catching EDDM postcard ads using Canva
Follow brand guidelines and sample ad templates
Deliver clean, print-ready designs in a timely manner
Collaborate via email or chat to receive design feedback and revisionsQualifications:Proficiency in Canva – this is a must!
Experience creating print-ready marketing materials (EDDM experience is a big plus)
Strong design sense-clean layout, good typography, and color usage
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication skills in English
Must be reliable and able to meet deadlinesBonus if you have:Experience designing for U.S.-based businesses
