Job description: Be responsible for plant 2 floor 2 Viper operation.1.Take charge of Suzhou plant 2 floor 2 Viper operation, manage people resource to support daily production and ensure safe working environment in the floor as day to day running.2.Drive daily output to ensure schedule compliance and fast response for abnormal status, include schedule compliance, quality issues and other abnormal status.3.Develop Operation different layer capability and maintain right level operation attrition rate.4.Support continuous improvement on operation scorecard (Safety/scrap/OE/FTQ/lean activities…) 5.Manage actual expense spending vs budget.6.Work with program management team on supporting new project build.7.Special Assignment by line Manager.Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy StatementCarefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
