  • Business partnering with operational departments and providing financial support to business units.
  • Contribute with financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and planning phases.
  • Conducting variance analyses (target vs. actual comparisons), ad hoc financial analyses, and evaluations of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Managing and overseeing relevant contracts from a financial perspective.
  • Taking responsibility for project controlling and financial oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with Austria’s financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to increase efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience: 1-3 years of professional experience in financeSkills: • Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel

Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal) B2/C1Intermediate German skills B2/C1Personal Qualities: • Highly independent and reliable

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive and adaptable

Technical Knowledge: • Understanding of financial reporting principles

  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
