Job description: Business FunctionTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibility

• Provide management support to plan and organize activities and meetings.
• Plan and manage deliverables of critical technology initiatives or programs with good levels of control, support variance analysis and reporting. Additional focus on local regulatory agenda.
• Drive best practices on project governance and standards. Develop materials & metrics to support various governance meetings.
• Work closely with all application technology units, HK stakeholders and alignment with regional.
• Support strategic planning with innovation agenda
• Support coverage across HK technology business lines.

Requirement

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in project and financials management, and at least 5 years’ experience in people management.
• University graduate in business, finance, IT or related disciplines,
• Preference with recognized professional qualification in IT management or accounting.
• Solid knowledge in retail banking business, products and operations preferred
• Knowledge of Agile.Scrum master or PMP certification will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess growth mindset and proactively identify and bring up change opportunities, accept challenges and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good knowledge in MS office applications.
