Job description: We have partnered with a leading Financial Institution to appoint a Vice President of Investor Relations to its Group Strategy team.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the Group’s strategic plan to maximize shareholder value.

• Conduct in-depth reviews on market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory landscapes.

• Prepare executive-ready reports on performance, strategy, and market opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Lead strategy planning and business model assessments, promoting data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 10 years in strategy, corporate finance, or consulting, with a track record of impactful corporate-level strategy.

• Professional qualification such as CFA, ACA, ACCA highly beneficial

• Strong skills in conducting financial analysis and interpreting financial statements.

• Ability to develop and articulate executive-ready proposals.

• Proven ability to build enduring relationships with stakeholders.

• Impactful leadership presence and ability to challenge the status quo.
