We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Corporate Deposit department under Group Corporate & Institutional Banking division as a Vice President. The Role A successful candidate in this position will be accountable to grow liabilities primarily and deposit revenue through acquisition of new to bank non-borrowing customers and farming from the existing corporate portfolio with a view to building a sustainable base to support asset growth for the long term. Job Description Acquire and manage non-borrowing portfolio of high deposits / revenue corporate customers. Be involved in account planning sessions with Account RMs borrowing clients to identify potential accounts/group related non borrowing accounts to drive deposits growth and up-sell cash management offerings to increase our share of this wallet thereby enhancing stickiness Build sales pipelines and deliver on both Deposit Balances and Revenue KPIs Work with strategic partners within the Bank and external partners to acquire new business Generate interest and fee income through cross-selling of Cash Management, leveraging on cash management products/new propositions to secure operating accounts of corporate & commercial customers. Collaborate with Product Development and Service Management teams to feedback for deliberation customer’s specific cash management solutions for possible enhancement where applicable. New business initiatives to deepen wallet share. Ensure completeness of the necessary documentation to onboard customers for processing by branches/eBanking Operations including Bizsmart set up for implementation by the Service Management team. . Conduct Periodic Review to keep abreast with customer’s needs given the evolving business environment and ensure proper onboarding due diligence and KYC Actively monitors Daily/Weekly Balances and Swing reports to ensure allocated targets are met. Skills Job Requirements Effective written and good communication and presentation skills Good interpersonal skills with strong customer service culture & team player with a positive attitude Resourceful and adaptable – with ability to work in changing environment Dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated with strong selling and negotiation skills Excellent planning and organization skills to meet objectives and deadlines Knowledge In depth knowledge of Cash Management product range including relevant branch, operational and customer service environments Knowledge of market trends and current developments related to Cash Management Good working knowledge of Pricing/Costing/Volume/Quality relationships Knowledge of Deposits’ regulations, business/products and operations including AML fundamentals. Experience Experience in sales and marketing to a wide range of customers. Graduate with at least 5-8 years’ experience in all aspects of Sales and business development covering areas of Cash Management, payments and deposits. Strong business acumen and ability to deliver targets Deposits & revenue growth, incremental base of cash management clients
