As an innovator in our fields, we advance developments in mobility and transport technologies.JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Vendor master specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of vendor master records.Based on incoming requests, your tasks will be onboarding of suppliers, bank account and other changes, block/unblock vendor master, gather the appropriate supporting documentation and enter data into the system (SAP, SRM, Ariba).You will cooperate on a daily basis externally with the suppliers and internally with procurement and other stakeholders.Together with other experienced members of our Vendor master data team you will support data cleansing activities to ensure high quality of vendor master data, cooperate in data analyze and improvements, including implementation of new processes.What you need to be successfulCustomer orientation, time management and ability to workAbility to learn and understand the complexity of vendor master dataCommunication skills, to be a team playerAttention to detailBachelor´s degreePrevious experience in vendor master data, purchasing, or accounting is an advantageExperience with SAP system is a plusFluent English is mandatory, German or other language is a plusWhat can you expect from us?Job opportunity with long-term perspective in stable international company.Modern working environment in the center of Liberec.Full-time job, unlimited contract.Home-office 60%, 5 weeks of holidays.Meal vouchers, Cafeteria benefit system, Pension insurance contribution, etc.Please apply in ENGLISH only – thank you.
