That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role​The North America Vendor Marketing Operations role involves assisting in the project management of the day to day marketing activity and the MDF /Co-op procurements process for a specific portfolio of vendor. this Positions require meeting critical deadlines and achieving business objectives​This role will report to Marketing Director​As the Vendor Marketing Operations specialist you will:​

• Create MDF project codes using NetSuite
• Submit Purchase Order (PO) request in NetSuite following cost center guidelines for Deferred MDF marketing or Direct Marketing
• Request & Process invoices from Exclusive Networks and Third Parties.
• Track all activities and financial steps in the required Marketing Finance Tracker
• Collect and submit claims for proof of performance for all activities
• Open , track, update and claim all MDF funds within the necessary vendor portals and trackers, ensuring updates from accounts as organized in SharePoint for quarterly deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing team on third-part invoices and POs, tracking all activity in the Marketing Finance Tracker
• Submit all invoices before the end of the quater and confirm payments
• Assist the execution team with post-event lead management , including follow-ups and proof of performance documentation.
• Support emerging vendor programs such as event by managing projects and collecting content
• Create campaign codes in NetSuite for each event, company or activity
• Upload post activity lead to corresponding campaigns
• Send lead alerts list as needed.

​​QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you​As the Vendor Marketing Operations specialist you will :​

• Experience with NetSuite, Eloqua, Monday.com and HubSpot is a plus
• Willing to work North America hours (PST.EST)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as vendor marketing specialist
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers professionally and assertively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
