You will collaborate closely with procurement and project teams to assess technical capabilities, manage supplier readiness, and resolve capacity gaps. Your expertise will be vital in aligning supplier performance with key performance indicators, conducting regular evaluations, and overseeing training initiatives to enhance resource competence.   • Lead technical assessments of suppliers during selection, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and project requirements.
  • Manage supplier capacity throughout project execution, addressing any gaps in readiness and ramp-up capabilities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers, collaborating with procurement to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee training and certification programs for supplier resources, enhancing their competence for project demands.
  • Monitor key supplier performance metrics, collaborating with project teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Facilitate governance with third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and effective issue resolution.
  • Assist in managing claims with suppliers and ensure timely resolution of financial and operational escalations.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to report on supplier status and support strategic project initiatives.

Qualifications:You have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rollout management and field maintenance
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in supplier management and operational improvement

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in project procurement planning and execution
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in project environments
  • Familiarity with supply chain performance metrics and analysis
  • Advanced technical skills relevant to telecom infrastructure
