Job description: Job Description: Lead, mentor, and develop the Vendor Management team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual performance goals. Manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to directional changes within the company. Oversee all subcontractor-related policies and ensure timely announcements of new policies. Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns from and to internal teams, escalate critical issues to seniors if needed. Monitor subcontractor performance through regular assessments and performance reviews. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields 1-2 years of experience in key account, logistics, supply chain management or related fields Experience working with subcontractors or vendors is highly desirable. Fluent English communication skills Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides) Can do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment environment
