We did it ourselves. We want you to take advantage of your entrepreneurial mindset, not just go with the flow.You’ll be working with a super diverse range of stakeholders to ensure our business runs smoothly and successfully, so if you’re ready to become our subject matter expert for Sony Contingent Worker hiring, make a big impact and elevate our vendor management practices, we want to hear from you!You will:Manage our temporary hiring efforts & process for circa 500 temps across Europe (please note that this role is not a recruitment-oriented position)Partner with our selected vendors & managed service providers to effectively hire contingent workersSupport on the efforts to grow the contingent worker coverage throughout our teams & sister companies across EuropeBecome a subject matter expert in contingent worker process and system processesUtilize various data sets to create & subsequently present process dashboards & key success metrics back to managementAs you become established in the role you may also be required to learn about the other areas managed day to day by Vendor ManagementYou will bring:Previous demonstrable experience in; Vendor Management, Customer Service or Sales, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management & Engagement ideally gained within a large corporate environmentA customer centric mentalityA solution-oriented mindsetThe ability and desire to manipulate data sets into digestible contentA resilient and adaptable natureA confident & outgoing personalityAn additional European language would be beneficial, but not essentialYour new office!WeybridgeBased at the Weybridge office, you will enjoy a vibrant and friendly working environment.
