• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ordering with business needs and forecast their demand requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end ordering process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
• Cooperate with purchasing teams in Tactical Purchase Centers, align of ITS & purchasing processes.
• Manage key purchasing system users and ensure the expertise knowledge.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for investments and contract renewals with 3rd party vendors.
• Oversee the investment process for licenses and consulting, support & consolidate for other ITS areas.

• 5+ years of business experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field.

Gaining more hands-on experience with operations has always fascinated me, so I moved to the License Management team.
