Job description: This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde or Warsaw where you will join our newly formed Managed Services team within the Vendor Management function. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing financial and cost-related matters for outsourcing contracts with third party vendors.BEC is transforming into a leading fintech integrator for Danish banks by strengthening our product offering and transforming the technology estate. A central part of this journey is BEC’s tech transformation where outsourcing will be a natural, continuous part of the operating model to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, ensure access to international specialists, and focus the company. BEC has partnered with outsourcing vendors to manage many existing services and future-proof important platforms efficiently.To support BEC’s strategic aspirations the Operations & Infrastructure division is adjusting its setup to handle a multi-vendor setup. This is the division you will be a part of. To ensure vendors and partners live up to BEC’s requirements and expectations and that their work is based on BEC priorities, a new area is being established for managing and governing vendors and partners. The new setup will handle BEC’s main partners.As Vendor Financial Specialist, you will have a role in setting up and drive monitoring, measuring, and reporting on the financial and cost performance of the outsourcing agreements. As a Vendor Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing the financial mechanisms agreed in the outsourcing contracts with third party vendors to ensure optimal performance.If you are experienced with optimizing finance and cost related to outsourcing contracts, supporting business and operations while having a pragmatic and collaborative mindset, this role is for you.Primary tasks and responsibilities:

• Handle financial analysis and support business units with financial insights on the outsourcing agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on KPIs with financial impact.
• Oversee financial and cost reporting, providing accurate and timely reports supporting decision-making.
• Manage cost control for vendor contracts and highlighting opportunities for cost optimization.

To succeed you will:

• Be proficient in financial reporting.
• Have experience with financial analysis – ideally in a vendor management or outsourcing environment.
• Demonstrate skills in cost control and budgeting, while looking for opportunities to improve setup and performance.
• Be methodical, structured, and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in data and reporting.
• Be excellent at cross-organizational collaboration.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
