That’s why we’re fully committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience to drive us forward every day.About the role:The Vendor Data Steward will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Global Vendor Master Data, including (but not limited to) the processing of creation/changes/blockage/unblockage/deletion requests and monitoring of data quality. A large focus of the role will also be the participation in the S4/Hana Phase 2 implementation for Legacy Trinseo and other entities, with specific focus on data migration cleanse and enrich activities. Responsibilities:Role Overview:Operations

• Create, Change, Block, Unblock, Delete, and Review relevant Vendor Master Data objects as required by Business, site, Sourcing or Procurement Operations approved personnel

• Adhering to data quality rules and standards on day to day process

• During BAU projects (New plants/ Warehouses, Company Code changes etc..), support mass changes to the Vendor Master Data objects

• Maintain/Update documentation in a timely manner as directed

• Execute daily, weekly, monthly routine data quality reports and correct errors/weaknesses

• Provide data quality reports to organizational stakeholders as needed, and deliver global changes and updates as per agreed timelines and SLA

• Support Audits including SOX (internal and external) by providing data as required in a timely manner

• Participate in Vendor Master Data improvement projects as needed

Projects

• Owning the data reviews, cleanse, enrichment activities, supporting changes to the process and improvements needed for Phase 2 for the data objects in the vendor remit

• Dual Maintain vendor data from ECC to S4 for CFIN.

• Involvement in testing scenarios for SIT, UAT in Phase 2.

• Liaising with stakeholders and data governance team to identify and manage improvements.

• Participation in the long-term Data Governance Rollout across Trinseo Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT, Technology, Business, Finance, or technology related field

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (master data)

• System experience in SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of SAP/ECC and Data Governance technologies

• Knowledge of SE16N Tables

• Sound understanding of SAP Master Data objects

• Sound understanding of work processes and integration requirements

• Understands processes to build and gain consensus on strategy and direction

• Recognition of the needs for and issues of local languages
