Job description: Job Summary The position is responsible for vendor accreditation functions and file maintenance activities. To support the operational and administrative requirements of the business units. Responsibilities Evaluate the accreditation documents of vendors across the business units to ensure compliance to requirements. Request for performance and credit checking covering BAP Loandex, Affiliate checking and negative file listing via credit risk investigating system. Manages the procurement vendor database to ensure vendor data are accurate and updated. Provide all concerned units with updated vendor status and/or generated list of accredited vendors for accreditation, re-accredited, re-accreditation and terminated vendors. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree holder. At least 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management and Vendor Management. Must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
