Job description: JOB PURPOSE The Vendor Accreditation and Performance Management Specialist is a member of the Corporate Services Unit Department. The position shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support GMEC and GNPD Procurement Department to ensure attainment of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and company objectives by: Managing the accreditation of vendors to ensure that the company has a pool of essential and best in class vendors. Managing suppliers to maximize value to the organization thru performance management, and rationalization; and Ensuring accreditation and performance policies and processes are aligned with company policy. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduate of any four-year business related or Behavioral Science course. Three (3) years experience in SCM or related fields is preferred. COMPETENCIES: Advance Knowledge of: Use of Maximo Use of Data Analytics Tools such as MS Excel, Google Data Studio Other MS Office applications such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems, safety rules and associated legislation.
