With a continued record of growth and stability, we’re on the constant lookout for fresh talent to join our expanding teams. healthcare system works better for everyone.As VBR – Issue Resolution Manager of the Data Analysis Team, this individual will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a team of Data Level Analysts. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the analysis of issue data, identifying improvements, and implementing solutions driving these disputes through to prevention while enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of our services. This role will work closely with VBR leaders, internal, and external stakeholders to ensure that our team delivers exceptional results and contributes to the transformation of health care.Primary Roles & Responsibilities of a VBR – Issue Resolution Manager:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Level Analysts and SMEs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Oversight: Align vision and ensure the analysts are taking action broadly within the large data sets to identify systematic issues and drive improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate internal and external meetings to review trend findings, collaborate on resolutions, and ensure effective communication.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify and address efficiency barriers within the team, providing coaching and support to enhance outcomes and remove roadblocks impacting performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize dashboards and analytical tools to monitor trends, follow up on resolutions, and ensure issues and trends are effectively addressed.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed analysis and insights to senior leaders and external partners, using clear and common nomenclature.
  • Innovation and Automation: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and automation, participating in discovery and requirement sessions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Value Base Care model and educate team members on its impact on responsibilities and outcomes. Ensure that VBR and Issue
  • Resolution is engaged appropriately in migrations and applications development as a stakeholder.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Apply business knowledge across all lines of business and claims platforms to support comprehensive solutions.

Required Qualifications of a VBR – Issue Resolution Manager:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
  • High level knowledge of hospital and physician claims processing rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on diverse issues simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for data analysis and decision making.
  • Prior experience in process improvements and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications of a VBR – Issue Resolution Manager:

  • Knowledge of multiple lines of business, benefit structures, and claims processing systems.
  • Experience with ATS, SharePoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Broad understanding of delegated and capitated contracts and claims processing.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive change.
