• Ensuring that the stock database is updated on internal systems.
• To assist with the update and checking of prices in our internal systems. To ensure these are maintained in line with pricing policy and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with various pricing providers to ensure accurate pricing is maintained.
• To assist with the data collation, require for the preparation, maintenance, and delivery of Valuations on an ad-hoc, monthly & quarterly basis.
• Liaise with other departmental teams to ensure the accuracy of Valuations produced.
• Assist in the generation and posting of Portfolio Management fees.
• Review of internal system reports to ensure performance on valuations is correct.
• Assist with query resolution as directed.
