It offers complete after Sales Services and provides innovative transport solutions.Job PurposeThis role will ensure that the Inventory of the company is optimized on cost effective manner by analysing demand requirements, timely placing/maintaining purchase orders. Develop excellent relationship with principal to reduce cost on supplies and vendor services. Responsible to manage inventory, track orders, resolve issues concerning logistic and procurement, etc.Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and movements.
• Monitor and analyze inventory trends, ensuring accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Establish and maintain effective forecasting methods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Implement technology-driven solutions for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of Vehicles.
• Collaborate with Principals and transport providers to optimize cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for shipping, import/export, and storage.
• Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Ensure zero demurrage for all shipments
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing inventory and logistics team.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with procurement, sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure competitive rates.
• Develop and execute warehouse management strategies to optimize space utilization and inventory flow.
• Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Job RequirementsQualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Vocational certificate in Supply Chain management would be added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of procurement and inventory management

Knowledge & Skills

• Administration and Management:- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work:- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish team work.
• Time Management – managing one’s own time and the time of others.
