• Oversee and manage delinquent accounts for both secured and unsecured CFS products, ensuring effective strategies are in place for recovery and collections.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and Specific Provisions, maximizing bad debt recovery for written-off accounts.
• Ensure robust control measures and compliance with all relevant regulations, including Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines.
• Maintain satisfactory ratings during all audits.
• Explore and implement innovative collection strategies, including recovery processes, auctions, and collaboration with collection agencies to enhance departmental KPIs.
• Mentor and coach team members to elevate their performance through personalized training, appraisals, and ongoing support.
• Ensure strict compliance with all credit policies, procedures, and information security protocols.
• Undertake any other assignments as directed by the Bank, adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirements:At least 10 years of proven experience in managing delinquent accounts within the financial services sector.Strong understanding of credit policies, compliance regulations, and Collections strategies.Possess leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development.Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing foreclosure and auction preferred.What we offer:Competitive base salary.
