Duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of underwriting risk professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate complex property and or liability risks
• Develop and implement strategic risk management plans to minimise exposure and maximize value
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure risk awareness and compliance
• Analyse complex data and develop data-driven insights to inform risk decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive risk management initiatives

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a risk professional, with a focus on complex property and or liability risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Tier 2 or 1 accreditted
