We’re extremely proud to have been awarded an Investors in Diversity Silver Award in 2025.We are actively recruiting for a Underwriting Portfolio Management to join our well-established team based in our Dublin office. This key role will be to support the wider underwriting team with a particular focus on understanding the overall performance of the business utilising the data available.In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Identification and timely communication of Portfolio trends and risks and in-depth analysis of contributing factors.
• Report preparation for various Board and committee meetings and ad-hoc reporting as requested
• Implement new/enhanced portfolio monitoring and analytical methods, techniques and processes in order to enable enhanced understanding of the risks that the business is or will be writing.
• Ensuring that such processes/reports are optimized and fully documented, Compile, track and report on monthly reinsurance activity and exposures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the wider Underwriting team, business partners, and representatives in all internal Business Functions

Excellent Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills are key as well and being able to translate the data into meaningful context with a strong underwriting narrative – therefore experience within underwriting is a must.Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – as well as strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to happily work on individual projects as well as collaboratively with a team are key to this role.With this role, we offer:

• Hybrid working – we’re all in the office Tuesday to Thursday each week, with Mondays and Fridays typically working from home
