Job description: Overview:Underwriting Audit Support Specialist Duties:The Underwriting Audit Support Specialist reviews automated and manual decisions to verify data and application integrity as well as ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. They collect, document, and publish audit findings and reports for management when necessary and provide administrative support to the underwriting audit team. Pay Range: USD $20.00 – USD $21.00 /Hr. Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audit approvals and denials for both automated and manual underwriting to ensure compliance with company standards and underwriter user roles.
• Ensure data integrity and application information quality within approvals and denials for both the automated decisioning system and from the manual underwriting team.
• Assist the audit team by collecting and organizing data for department audits.
• Record and publish audit findings upon completion of the Audit Response Program.
• Provide detailed audit reports to management.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with the Audit team, Credit Management team, and others about findings from audits and reports completed.
• Log systemic and evaluation changes within the Audit and Credit departments to track results over time.
• Collaborate with dealers to verify customer and application information to provide FFC with the most accurate information possible.
• Report findings and work with management to recommend possible process and underwriting improvements.
• Create and document department procedures through process mapping and SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Must be able to react to change productively.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of administrative or finance experience. * Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.

• Strong typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer). * Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
