Job description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this role, you will assist UK-based customers with travel arrangements, handle reservations, and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales process.Job SpecificationKey Responsibilities:Manage and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and other servicesAssist customers with inquiries and provide professional guidanceMaintain strong knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trendsMeet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionHandle customer concerns and resolve issues effectivelyQualifications:Proven experience in travel consulting and travel managementExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with reservation systems (GDS knowledge is a plus)High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
