They must have high attention to detail, able to accurately post trust deposits for multiple provinces in a timely manner. This person must have a solid understanding of methods in which deposits are received. This position requires maturity, a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the company and its agent shareholders and customers ahead of their own personal needs.Review and approve/reject all incoming Canadian depositsEnsure accuracy of daily posting of trust and/or commission trust depositsMaintain the flow of each method of deposit (FTNI, Etransfer, In Branch, Wire Transfers, Bill Payments and Bank Transfers)Respond to all provincial deposit/commission emails through HubSpotIdentify deposit items on provincial bank statementsIdentify any issues with deposits and bring to management/team lead for solutionsCommunicate with agents (eXp agents and other brokerage agents) about the status of the depositCommunicate with the Payout and Transaction teams to locate depositsCreate and provide receipts for depositsSupports completed and accurate bank deposits on a daily basis.Completes daily assessments of progress.Support other departments, when necessary, with month-end proceduresHow you will grab our attention:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.If you think you’d make a great match for this position but don’t meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply!The starting base pay for this position is $40,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
