We also provide training and service support as part of our related services.Job DescriptionWe are looking for The Corporate Treasury Specialist to be responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, with a focus in cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and related back-office tasks to ensure that all treasury operations are accurately processed and recorded in the treasury management system. Additionally, the role involves supporting the group-wide roll-out of a new Treasury Management System (TMS), a new banking structure, and the corresponding operational process/ change management.

• Manage and maintain liquidity structure (global multi-currency cash pool)
• Manage In-House-Bank, including IHB accounts reconciliation and interests’ calculation
• Review and check completeness of bank statements integration
• Reconcile Corporate Treasury bank accounts
• Review units cash forecasting submission, consolidate and analyze variances
• Financial deals back-office confirmation
• Treasury systems administration: Manage users, units, and static data
• Support units of the group on treasury topics
• Maintain bank signatories and bank mandates
• Review beneficiary details and payment templates
• Maintain treasury records & documentation
• Ad-hoc treasury reporting
• Analyze banking fees
• Additionally, the role involves supporting the group-wide roll-out of a new Treasury Management System (TMS), a new banking structure, and the corresponding operational process/ change management.

QualificationsQualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• At least 5 years of experience in a treasury department of an international company
• Experience in managing a cash pooling structure
• Experience using & managing a TMS, ideally Kyriba
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preference for master’s degree
• English proficiency (written & verbal). German and/or French (is a big asset)
