You will participate by overseeing the transport operation, efficiently planning the transport resources whilst maintaining daily communication with operational teams, vendors and customers regarding network/route plan changes.In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally possess previous transport and office experience along with the ability to demonstrate a high level of transport knowledge and expertise in a busy and demanding environment.Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pmPotential shift rotation with the 6am-2pm shift may occur in the future due to the nature of the role. Flexibility with regards to working hours is an essential requirement.Salary: £32,000 per annumKey Duties of a Transport Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
