Responsible for managing all import documents from local and overseas vendors. The documents need to be validated for payments and customs brokerage.
– Responsible for ensuring all import documents contain a Commercial Invoice, Packing list, BOL, and if necessary B255, ESO, COO etc.
– All commercial documents need to match against Ardene’s purchase orders, total units, unit costs etc.
– Responsible for clearly communicating with vendors and buyers for all missing import documents and discrepancies.
– File all documents in internal share drive
– Assist with other logistics tasks as needed.Qualifications
At least 1 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or higher
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & French
