This role bridges project teams and operational teams, ensuring all stakeholders are ready for change and that disruptions are minimized upon launch.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Requirements AnalysisManage and analyze business user requirements mapped against customer journeyConduct user requirements walkthrough sessions with the stakeholders and project teamCollaborate proactively with project manager, project team, and stakeholders for monitoring of requirements-related activities.Change and Stakeholder ManagementImplement change management plan to prepare teams prior project deploymentsEngage with stakeholders, ensuring they understand the changes and are aligned with project goalsCreate communication materials, such as FAQs, emails, and updates, to keep all relevant parties informedManage all action items and follow through to meet timelinesBusiness ReadinessFacilitate demonstration of requirements and gather feedback from stakeholdersConduct a readiness assessment to identify potential risks or gaps in implementation.Create contingency plans to address anticipated issues, ensuring minimal disruption during go-live.Lead and facilitate user acceptance testing in collaboration with nominated users and the project teamBenefits RealizationMonitor performance and adoption metrics post-launch to evaluate the effectiveness of the projectEstablish feedback loops with operational teams and end-users to continuously improve processes and address any ongoing issues.Continuous Learning and ImprovementObtain technical know how of all internal platformsREQUIREMENTS:At least 3-5 years of experience in I.T, database management and automation processProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleWith experience working in an agile team adopting agile methodologiesWith experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.Knowledge of business process modeling and optimizationBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldEqual Opportunity Employer
