Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:
Working with an impressive portfolio: You will engage with a diverse range of clients, from privately held companies to large public firms, offering strategic advisory services that directly impact major deals.
Dive into detailed financial analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence, reviewing income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational metrics to uncover key insights that drive decision-making.
Craft high-quality financial reports: Transform complex data into strategic advice, giving clients the information they need to capitalize on transaction opportunities.
Shape deals from the inside: Play a pivotal role in structuring transactions, evaluating purchase prices, and drafting sale agreements that meet clients’ needs.

The ideal profile:
Professionally qualified CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
5+ years of experience gained working with a Big Four/Medium Tier firm with a focus on Transaction Service
A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
A natural leader with experience managing projects under tight deadlines
Someone with the drive to go above and beyond, ready to make their mark in a fast-paced environment.
