Job description: Transaction Reporting Specialist | International Financial Markets Trading FirmOliver James is delighted to be partnering with a leading international trading and investment firm to recruit a Transaction Reporting Specialist for their Dublin office.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced regulatory reporting professional to join a dynamic and collaborative team within a MiFID-regulated entity. The role will primarily focus on transaction reporting regimes, with potential exposure to prudential and shareholder disclosure reporting.You’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting a globally recognised firm that offers strong career development, structured training, and the chance to work across multiple reporting regimes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver accurate and timely SFTR and MiFIR reports, with oversight of EMIR reporting.Remediate and resubmit transactions within regulatory deadlines or agreed timeframes.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.Work with data owners to ensure data quality and adherence to SLAs.Drive process improvements through robust testing, reconciliation, and control protocols.Conduct regular risk and control assessments and document a robust control environment.Maintain and enhance reporting procedures and operating model documentation.What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of SFTR, MiFIR, EMIR Refit; shareholding disclosure experience desirable.Excellent Excel skills; VBA knowledge an advantage.Exposure across multiple asset classes and trading platforms.Familiarity with DTCC, CBI ONR, Kaizen; Murex / Global One experience desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and regulatory interpretation skills.Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business implications.Experience working on regulatory reporting or business-wide projects.What’s on OfferCompetitive benefits package including healthcare, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.Exposure to prudential and shareholder disclosure regimes.Career development and structured training to support your professional growth.If your background aligns with this opportunity, we encourage you to apply via the link.For a confidential discussion before applying, please contact:✉️
