If you answered yes to these questions, we have the perfect role for you!About the roleAs a Transaction Monitoring Analyst, you’ll dive into transactions that have raised alerts on customer accounts. Using your analytical skills, you’ll investigate these transactions to determine if they are potentially suspicious for money laundering or terrorist financing.No prior transaction monitoring experience? No problem! Many of the skills you’ve gained in other roles are transferable and highly valued at Rabobank.What you’ll bring to the role

• Critical Thinking: Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in your work.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to digest information, analyse it, and extract the key elements to form a conclusion.
• Communication Skills: Excellent report writing and the ability to make phone calls to customers.
• Process Improvement: Ability to follow processes while identifying potential improvements.

Preferred but not required

• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing regulations.
• Red Flags Awareness: Knowledge of red flags in bank transactions.
• Relevant Qualifications: A qualification like ACAMS or sufficient experience in the banking or related sector.
