Open and honest communication is critical on our team. We need you to be organized, have great attention to detail, and be able to communicate extremely well over email. The position will be heavily focused on email, so clear written communication is a strength that you must have.You’ll be emailing sellers, title companies, closing attorneys, and real estate agents. The main focus of the role will be ensuring the transactions in which we purchase and sell our land go smoothly and are completed on time. We need someone disciplined and organized; you’ll be handling many transactions at the same time so the ability to keep each transaction organized and separate is critical to ensure that nothing is missed and all communications happen in a timely manner. This also means that your email inbox organization is extremely important!Attention to detail is a must. We cannot let anything slip through the cracks or mix up one closing with another. All this being said, we’re well aware that mistakes do happen, especially as we learn the role! The key is that we don’t make the same mistakes twice. This is done, of course, by learning from our mistakes. That is how growth happens.
