At our Pilot Plant in Espergærde, Denmark, you will play a central role as a member of the Pilot Plant Operation Leadership Team while also contribute to the strategic work for the entire Pilot Plant.Overall responsible for our training set-up
As Training Partner you will lead the establishment and implementation of a better process for our training system ensuring continuous compliance to regulations. We always strive to do better and through training we enhance human performance. You will be overall responsible for our training
set-up, therefore you will need to use your competencies to ensure compliance to regulations, simplify and improve the way we work with training and documentation of training.Travel activity will be limited but you may be requested to travel up to 20 days a year, primarily to our production facilities in Hungary.Experience in hygienic, high-quality production environment
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with working in the regulated industry such as the medical device industry or similar
- Can demonstrate strong project management skills
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
- Preferably have GMP experience
