By providing specialist expertise across key trade systems-Power BI reporting, Delivery Management, Trade Services, and service providers-you’ll help optimise business performance.In addition, you’ll lead trade system projects that enhance sales, operational effectiveness, and market share growth. Your insights will play a key role in improving customer experiences and accelerating profitable trade success.Reporting to the Trade Strategy Delivery Manager, your key functions will include:

• Act as a key liaison with the Insights team to enhance reporting capabilities using tools like Power BI.
• Develop scalable reporting that delivers valuable trade growth insights.
• Simplify complex data into user-friendly formats for stakeholders.
• Lead the optimization and coordination of the delivery management system.
• Provide specialist support to stores, focusing on sales effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Design and manage dashboards tracking trade sales KPIs, promotions, and customer trends.
• Ensure accurate data inputs and outputs, providing regular reports for decision-making.
• Support the adoption of new trade programs and tools.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance engagement and performance.
• Offer expert system support in leveraging technology, insights, and AI.
• Assist with estimations for National Key Accounts and collaborate on trade pricing reporting.
• Provide training and materials to drive system adoption and usage.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to enhance tools and communication.
• Support the sales team with clear instructional materials.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong communication skills – exceptional written and verbal abilities to convey insights clearly.
• Data analysis expertise – proficiency in tools for analysing and interpreting complex data sets.
• Statistical modelling proficiency – ability to apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Data visualisation skills – capability to create clear and compelling visual representations of data using tools like Power BI or similar.
• Business intelligence experience – familiarity with BI tools for gathering, processing, and analysing business data to support decision-making.
