Job description: Responsibilities:

• Monitor overnight trading order flow and provide immediate support to troubleshoot potential issues with our in-house Order Management System (OMS).
• Oversee CAT and 606 reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
• Analyze client trading data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the development team and execution brokers’ trade desks to identify technical issues and deliver timely end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, counterparties, and internal developers to address trade desk and operations team requests, ensuring thorough testing of new features before deployment.
• Manage End-of-Day (EOD) report pipelines and gain familiarity with the clearance and settlement process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in execution services, trading operations, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in OMS, including knowledge of routing protocols and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CAT and 606 reporting is a plus
• Proficiency with tools and software relevant to execution services and reporting.
• Knowledge of FIX 4.2
• Python or SQL is a MUST
